The weakness of modern man seems to be lack of control of our own bodies. Our clumsiness and lack of agility limits our athletic potential. Kettlebell Freestyle is one of the best methods for making training versatile, effective and help you keep making progress.
When you combine kettlebells and using your body, both on the ground and when standing up, the sky is the limit when it comes to what you can do. In Freestyle, you use the unique properties of the kettlebell to maximize your mobility, co-ordination, body control and muscular activation.
